za tekmovanja. Do takrat vam predstavljamo dva spektakularna kroga, ki sta zelo koristna za trening na klju\u010dnih odsekih 27- in 48-kilometrskih prog, z nekaterimi spremembami, ki so bile uvedene zato, da bi bila izku\u0161nja varnej\u0161a, bolj logi\u010dna in lep\u0161a.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <aside class=\"aaut-hero-card\">\n          <strong>Zakaj te spremembe<\/strong>\n          <p>\n            Cilj je uravnote\u017eiti tehni\u010dne lastnosti, tehni\u010dne odseke, panoramske odseke, upravljanje z vodo in varnost v alpskem okolju, \u0161e posebej v primeru visokih temperatur.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/aside>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/header>\n\n    <article class=\"aaut-card\">\n      <div class=\"aaut-card-pad\">\n        <h2 class=\"aaut-section-title\">Bolj linearne poti, bolje porazdeljena voda, ve\u010dja kakovost<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"aaut-subtitle\">\n          Tekmovanja Alpe Adria Ultra Trail, Ultra J\u00f4f in J\u00f4f Trail so vredna pozornosti ne le zaradi lepote poti, ampak tudi zato, ker potekajo po obmo\u010djih, ki so te\u017eko dostopna in jih je te\u017eko samostojno raziskati.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"aaut-grid-2\">\n          <div class=\"aaut-note\">\n            <strong>Kaj se je spremenilo.<\/strong><br>\n            V prvotnem na\u010drtu je bil v zaklju\u010dnem delu predviden dalj\u0161i krog z okrep\u010devalnico v ko\u010di Rifugio Grego. Ta ne bo izveden, ker se ko\u010da nahaja pribli\u017eno kilometer od cilja in bi bila z logisti\u010dnega vidika nesmiselna.\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"aaut-note\">\n            <strong>Kaj je bilo odstranjeno.<\/strong><br>\n            Odstranjen je bil tudi vmesni del do Plan dei Spadovai, ki bi zahteval izstop z dirkalne poti, zavoj v obliki \u201cpalice\u201d in ponoven vstop, s \u010dimer bi se proga podalj\u0161ala in povzro\u010dila nepotrebno zmedo.\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"aaut-note aaut-warning\">\n          <strong>Rezultat:<\/strong> bolj linearna pot, pribli\u017eno 2 km dalj\u0161a tam, kjer je najbolj potrebna, dve dodatni gotovi to\u010dki za vodo v primerjavi z za\u010detnim na\u010drtom in bolj\u0161e upravljanje hidracije na najzahtevnej\u0161ih odsekih.\n        <\/div>\n\n        <p>\n          Odlo\u010dili smo se, da ne bomo izbrali pot s prehodom \u010dez mosti\u010dek, ki smo ga videli na spletu, saj je to obmo\u010dje, \u0161e posebej po zimi, zelo nestabilno in ima gosto rastlinje. Do nje pridete po stari, ozki voja\u0161ki cesti, ki je ponekod brez varovalne ograje: zato jo priporo\u010damo le, \u010de ste vajeni vo\u017enje v hribih in po mo\u017enosti s prevozi, ki niso preveliki.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Ko parkirate pri Malga Poccet, se postopoma vzpenjate proti prelazu Forcella del Clap Jovel, na nadmorski vi\u0161ini 1817 metrov. To je prvih 500 metrov vzpona, po makadamski cesti in zelo lahki poti.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Ko pridete do razcepa pri pribli\u017eno 2,8 km, vstopite na odsek, ki sovpada s traso dirke proti vrhu Monte Schenone v nasprotni smeri. Kro\u017ena pot ne vklju\u010duje vzpona na vrh, vendar vam toplo priporo\u010damo, da ga dodate: gre za dodatnih pribli\u017eno 100 metrov vi\u0161inske razlike do nadmorske vi\u0161ine 1949 metrov, kar popla\u010da \u010dudovit razgled na skupino Montasio, Monte Manca, J\u00f4f di Dogna in Julijske Alpe.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          S vrha se vrnemo nazaj po isti kratki poti, nato pa se spustimo po zelo strmem travnatem kanalu, ki pa ga bomo na tekmi premagovali navzgor. Nato prispemo do razcepa, ki vodi v voja\u0161ki rov, ki ni vklju\u010den v progo tekmovanja, in nadaljujemo po prehodu, ki je ni\u017eje od tistega, po katerem smo \u0161li na poti tja: odsek \u010dez \u0161iroke travnike, zelo slikovit in resni\u010dno \u010dudovit.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Proti koncu amfiteatra med hriboma Clap Jovel in Monte Schenone vstopimo v cono borovcev. Pot je prehodna, \u010deprav je na nekaterih mestih rastlinje invazivno, zato bi bila koristna \u010di\u0161\u010denje poti, ki bo verjetno opravljeno pred naslednjimi izdaji. Vendar pa ta odsek ni neprehoden: le pre\u017ee\u010di je treba pozornost na veje.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"aaut-note aaut-warning\">\n          <strong>Osnovna vaja GPS.<\/strong><br>\n          Na tem obmo\u010dju obstaja ni\u017eja pot, ki vodi proti Chioutu, vendar je ne bomo uporabili na tekmovanju, ker ima pozneje nekaj te\u017eav. Namesto tega morate nadaljevati po ravnem in nato rahlo navzgor, po ozna\u010deni poti, dokler ne pridete do poti, ki bi vas ponovno pripeljala do prevala Forcella del Clap Jovel.\n        <\/div>\n\n        <p>\n          Na tej to\u010dki je treba paziti na odcep na desni, ki vodi v spust po travnikih in gozdu. Odsek ni nevaren, vendar ni vedno jasno viden: spust je precej strm, skoraj navpi\u010den, vse do sedla Sella Bieliga. Tukaj je pot GPS klju\u010dnega pomena.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          S pregrade Bieliga se za\u010dne lepa makadamska gozdna cesta, ki jo prevozimo v nasprotni smeri kot tekmo, dokler ne pridemo do planine San Leopoldo. Priporo\u010dljivo je, da to pot premagate z vsaj 1,5\u20132 litra vode.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"aaut-step\">\n            <div class=\"aaut-step-km\">17. km<small>okrep\u010devalnica<\/small><\/div>\n            <div>\n              <h3>Chiout<\/h3>\n              <p>Po Malga San Leopoldo se pot spusti proti Chioutu, kjer bo pravi okrep\u010devalni postanek, po pribli\u017eno 7,5 km hitrega spusta po cesti.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"aaut-step\">\n            <div class=\"aaut-step-km\">-8 km<small>ob prihodu<\/small><\/div>\n            <div>\n              <h3>Rio Montasio<\/h3>\n              <p>Od Chiouta se spustimo in nato navzgor proti potoku Rio Montasio, kjer zasledimo zgornji del vodotoka, nekaj sto metrov pod izvirom.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"aaut-note\">\n          <strong>Potabilizacija.<\/strong><br>\n          Vrela se nahajajo v alpskem okolju in na obmo\u010djih, kjer trenutno ni aktivne pa\u0161e, zato imajo dobro raven varnosti. V resnici ni tako: to je pot, ki lahko traja tudi tri ali \u0161tiri ure, \u0161e posebej, \u010de jo opravimo mirno, \u010de obmo\u010dja ne poznamo dobro ali \u010de se previdno premikamo po manj o\u010ditnih odsekih.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Pot se za\u010dne v Dogni, kjer se takoj lotimo vzpona proti Chiout Pupinu. Od tu nadaljujemo po prvem pomembnem odseku poti J\u00f4f Trail \/ Ultra J\u00f4f vse do sedla Forcella Mincigos.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"aaut-note aaut-warning\">\n          <strong>Passaggi con attenzione.<\/strong><br>\n          Med tekmovanjem bosta postavljena dva vrvi, pribli\u017eno na 3. in 4. km. Na mestih, kjer dodatna opora ni nujno potrebna, a kjer lahko dodatna vrv prinese ve\u010d varnosti, smo \u017ee postavili za\u010dasne vrvi.\n        <\/div>\n\n        <p>\n          Ne gre za posebej izpostavljene ali nevarne odseke, a gre kljub temu za poti, ki so na nekaterih mestih utrpele manj\u0161e posedke ali skalne podore. Zato ostaja zahteven trening krog, ki ga je treba premagati s previdnostjo.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Vzpon je zelo intenziven: na pribli\u017eno 4 km premagate 1132 metrov vi\u0161inske razlike.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Ko pridete do sedla Forcella Mincigos, zapustite tekmovalno progo in se za\u010dnete spu\u0161\u010dati po levi strani v gozd. Prvi del spusta je slabo ozna\u010den, zato je nujno, da pozorno sledite poti GPS.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Spust poteka skozi \u010dudovit bukov gozd in ponuja enega najlep\u0161ih odsekov kroga: pribli\u017eno 2 km z lahkoto teka\u0161ke poti navzdol, zelo prijetne in presenetljivo gladke. Pot je nekoliko zanemarjena, a \u0161e vedno dobro prehodna, resni\u010dno lepa za ponovno odkritje in tek.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Nadaljujemo v smeri proti dolini in dose\u017eemo Mincigos, osamljeno in zelo slikovito vasico s starimi \u017ei\u010dnicami ter opu\u0161\u010denimi ali obnovljenimi hi\u0161ami na vzno\u017eju Clap Forat.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Od tu se za\u010dne pribli\u017eno 1 km dolg odsek po manj izraziti poti. Tudi v tem primeru je pomembno, da natan\u010dno sledite poti GPS, saj se na enem mestu pot iz gozda priklju\u010di na makadamsko cesto, kjer je lahko zgre\u0161iti pravo smer poti.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Nadaljujte do Prerit di Sopra. Od tod imate dve mo\u017enosti: nadaljujte po pribli\u017eno 1,5 km kolesarske steze, pri \u010demer bodite previdni, ali pa se spustite neposredno na ni\u017ejo cesto, ki te\u010de ob reki Fella.
