⏱️ 36 km - 7 hours - 4.5 km/h average
The first 36 km loop, also common to the Shock, provides 7 hours maximum timea lot if you think that on climbs an average of 1.5 km/h is estimatedwhile the 90% of descents is very fast and take you literally flying down the mountain.
